Construction, Engineering and Project Management
BS Konstructia has 25 years of experience on the construction market since it was established in 1994 as Balkanstroy JSC. So far, the company has accomplishedmore than 100projects – both residential and non-residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, industrial projects and many more. Some of the most recognisable projects of the company are Sofia Airport Terminal 2, Sofia Central Bus Station, Bansko Ski Zone, Residential Complex Bulgaria House, Residential Complex Silver City, WWTP Bansko, Vetren, Sliven and amongst the latest projects of BS Konstructia are Metrostation Bulevard Bulgaria, Krasno Selo Metro Station, Fantastico Bankya.
Building Materials Manufacturing
Technogips Pro is a leading bulgarian company specialized in the production of gypsum plasterboards, dry gypsum mixtures and gypsum plaster. We are one of the fastest growing gypsum producers in Europe with more than 10 years of experience on the market. TechnogipsPro is equipped with the most advanced technology for production of gypsum products and certified to the highest international standards. We have established distribution network in more than 24 countries in Europe with more than 200 distribution partners. Techopanel develops, produces and offers complete facade and roof systems composed of sandwich panels with insulation core of polyurethane rigid foam (PUR), polyisocyanurate rigid foam (PIR) or rock wool (MW) and finishing faces of galvanized steel sheet protected with polyester coating. The company is a leader in Bulgaria with more than 3000 projects for the last 13 years. Technopanel’s sale representatives operate and offer assistance, not only on our domestic market in Bulgaria, but also in numerous East European Countries including: Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania. Technocim is one of the market’s leaders in roofing systems and pavement on the Balkans, established in 2007. The factory is equipped with the latest available technology for production of concrete roof tiles and pavement. Fibran Bulgaria is also part of BS Group of Companies – specialized in the production of extruded polystyrene in Bulgaria. The company is a market leader in the sales of thermal insulation products. Fibran Bulgaria is a joint venture company with Fibran Greece.

BS Properties is established in the year 2000 and specialize in Real Estate Investment, Property Management and Development. Hotels and Tourism
Pirin Golf & Country Club is a 5-star resort and offers vacation properties for rent or sale, high end trading areas and maintains a world class golf club. The complex is situated on 150 hectare area near the well-known ski resort Bansko.
Bulgaria Holidays is tourist agency established in the beginning of 2000 and offers a wide variety of services: Hotels & Resorts, Sports&Leisure Activities, Property Management, Travel and Excursions.
